Tonino Griffero is professor of aesthetics at the University of Rome (Tor Vergata). Along with Gernot Böhme and Hermann Schmitz, he is currently among the leading philosophers of atmosphere. He is the editor of the journal Lebenswelt: Aesthethics and Philosophy of Experience, multiple books, and a blog on atmospheres.
